You may use this website for lawful purposes and to find information about Apex Gym, submit enquiries, request a day pass or enquire about personal training. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but schedules, offers, prices, facilities, availability and other details may change. Contact Apex Gym before relying on information that is important to your decision.
Memberships
Membership applications, payments, cancellations, freezes and membership-contract terms are administered by Ashbourne Management. The terms shown during the membership sign-up process, together with Ashbourne Management’s applicable policies, govern those arrangements.
Personal training
Submitting a personal-training enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a trainer’s availability. Any PT package, price, booking arrangement or cancellation terms will be confirmed separately before you commit.
Free day passes
Day passes are subject to availability, Apex Gym approval and any conditions stated when claimed. If you need to cancel a booked day pass, contact Apex Gym before the planned visit. We may withdraw or refuse a pass where it is misused or where operational or safety reasons require it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Apex Gym is not responsible for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on website information.
