We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry details, preferred trainer, training goals and experience when you contact us, claim a day pass or submit a personal-training enquiry.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange visits or personal-training discussions, manage our relationship with you, improve our services, and send marketing updates where you have opted in.
Our legal bases are legitimate interests for responding to genuine enquiries and managing the gym relationship, consent for optional marketing, and legal obligations where applicable.
Who we share information with
We may share information with trusted providers that help us operate the website, forms, analytics and marketing. Membership contracts and related membership administration are managed by Ashbourne Management; its own terms and privacy information apply to those services.
We do not sell personal information.

We normally retain enquiry, personal-training and day-pass data for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
